We create a company profile and give your managers back-end access so they can easily create accounts for your employees. Heartcount is GDPR compliant so you don't have to worry about the personal data of your employees.
Our process starts by observing your company’s needs, acquiring information on your employees’ team roles and introducing them to our product.
Once per week Heartcount sends all your employees three simple questions related to that week. It takes 5-10 seconds for your employees to answer the questions, directly through email forms. Every Friday the tool sends a different set of three questions from the pool of questions carefully designed by psychologists. The questions are related to employees’ results and relationships.
Your employees can track their own answers and progress in the domain of results and relationships. They can also see their results from the previous weeks and get tips on how to improve their workday.
As a manager, you get access to the back office of the tool where you can find all your employees’ answers. On your employee’ profiles, you will see their previous answers and track their real-time answers as well. You will be notified about the people you need to keep an eye on and it is up to you to react and prevent your best people from leaving the company.
