Our biggest challenges before using Heartcount were how to reduce our turnover rate, collect feedback from our employees and help them grow.

- Reduce turnover: by monitoring employee turnover every week we can act quickly and measure the effectiveness of the actions we take
- Collect feedback: survey frequency gives us the feedback we needed (when the engagement is good)
- Help people grow: based on the answers we gathered through survey we can take actions and propose trainings to help people reach their objectives
What results have you achieved, and how did you overcome your challenges using HC?
Thanks to the tool we can act much more quickly and make sure the employees have the best working experience. Heartcount helped our managers keep in touch with all the employees during the lockdown and support them at any time.
