We teamed up with a group of psychologists and created our default question pool, which contains questions from 8 Key Segments of Employee Engagement and Well-being (personal advancement, well-being, feedback & recognition, job satisfaction, attitude towards the company, relationship with management, relationship with colleagues, productivity and efficiency). There are currently 80+ questions in our question pool which are updated on a regular basis. Each question is related to one of the 8 key segments of employee engagement giving you in-depth understanding of your team's feelings and challenges. The data gathered through Heartcount reflect employee engagement for your employee, team and organization in the most accurate and actionable way.

  2. Depending on the number of employees and the industry, response rates can vary from 60 to up to 85%. On average we've seen a response rate of 70% across all industries. Our team offers additional support and best practices to help you boost your company’s response rates in Heartcount.

  3. Yes. Heartcount is fully GDPR compliant. Our team is always up to date with the newest trends and security criteria for SaaS businesses.

  4. No, you can extend your contract each month or sign an annual contract. We leave this choice to you and you can always change your contract once it expires.

  1. Heartcount is available in 13 different languages: English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Macedonian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Serbian, Montenegrin and Bosnian.

  2. Yes, each week 2 out of 3 questions can be fully customized to fit your company's needs. Additionally, you can always use our questions as a default, but periodically customize them or implement your own. For help, you can always contact our support team at support@heartcount.com.

  3. There are two versions of Heartcount. Which one you will use depends on your company's preferred settings. 1. The first version is our fully anonymous version. It displays employees’ answers in statistics only and does not show individual answers or reveal the identity of an individual. 2. The second version is our partly anonymous version. Employees can’t see each other's answers, but certain individuals your company chooses will have insight into the answers. (This will be disclosed to employees during their Heartcount onboarding, and they will know exactly who can see their answers from HR and/or management, as well as how they can reach out to them directly.)

  4. Yes, Heartcount Supports easy initial integration with major HRIS products.

  1. Heartcount helps managers discover patterns and analyze scores and fluctuations over time by providing in-depth and graphic reports for overall Engagement scores and Employee feedback. Share and discuss your interpretations with the team to establish trust and empower them to take part in action plans!

  2. Heartcount surveys are short and simple to complete, to reduce survey fatigue and boost employee engagement. Every week, the Heartcount Survey program sends three questions to each employee. The intelligent algorithm guarantees that each week's questions are different and that all metrics are addressed on a regular basis. This keeps surveys relevant, improves the accuracy of results, increases response rates, and prevents survey weariness.
