Our process starts by observing your company’s needs, acquiring information on your employees’ team roles and introducing them to our product.

Once per week Heartcount sends all your employees three simple questions related to that week. It takes literally 5-10 seconds for your employees to answer the questions, directly through email forms. Every Friday the tool sends a different set of three questions (from the pool of questions designed for each client’s company. The questions are related to employees’ results and relationships. After the answers have been submitted, Heartcount automatically calculates your Employee happiness.

Your employees can track their own answers and progress in the domain of results, relationships and happiness. They can also see their results from the previous weeks and get tips on how to improve their workday.
