What challenges did you face before using the tool?
Employees’ well-being is the most important value we strive towards. Therefore, the management together with HR need to work constantly on achieving this goal. The most common challenge for leaders is the inability to have employees’ feedback on how they feel at all times at work due to the lack of resources. Ad hoc and planned quarterly feedback is sometimes not enough to find out what challenges employees have to face in their day-to-day work. Even when they make the most effort, leaders do not have enough information. We lacked a solution that would allow us to learn what areas we are good at more quickly, and where we need to invest additional resources to improve.
What kind of solution did you recognise in HeartCount?
The HeartCount software is a solution that has given us a more transparent insight into how our people feel, which helps us a lot especially now when everyone is working from home. Also, various Heartcount reports allow us to find out which areas we need to improve, and which teams are in a better mood than others.
How did you overcome your challenges and what results have you achieved using HeartCount?
HeartCount helped us react much faster in the situations that required it. Also, reports enabled us to know which employees required additional attention from the leaders. This has helped us prevent further deepening of the challenges employees have faced in many situations.
