Company Roaming Networks is one of the leading system integrators in the ICT field in Serbia and the Balkan region. In recent years Roaming Networks have built a strong presence in the markets of Serbia and Balkan region, Austria and Germany. We have partnerships with 15 global firms. By steadily developing and growing we strive to expand into new markets in Europe and the USA.
What challenges did you face before using the tool?
Today we number more than 700 employees. Each service we offer as a company and every job we have done is the result of people working together in order to make „tomorrow’s stronger connections “. Sometimes there was a lack of communication between the HR department and employees. This prevented us from having on-time insights into the challenges our employees face on a daily basis.
