Before installing the Heartcount app, due to the Covid-19-related circumstances we all had to start working from home. The level of communication and motivation was not at an enviable level. The feeling of closeness, trust, belonging suddenly got lost. External and internal factors influenced the entire atmosphere in the agency. So, we examined employee satisfaction and concluded that Heartcount would help us in the HR department.
Based on the application and employee satisfaction survey, we provided our employees with a tool which would allow them to express their opinions, feelings, satisfaction and react in time accordingly. We scheduled interviews with employees who showed a certain level of dissatisfaction. Considering the fact that one of the main problems was that the people had trouble staying connected, we organized a summer Friday — a weekly event where our colleagues had a chance to socialize with each other, activation “Ask Top Management” as well as team building.
The ability to see the overall impression of the company’s people in real time, to compare your results with other people’s results, the ability to praise and motivate employees as well as create a set of questions that would help tackle the issues in question.
